Getting your company listed in the directories is quick, easy and we offer a free option.
- Check if already listed - First, you should check if your company is already in our database. You can check by entering your company name in the search function. If your company is already listed, contact us and we can provide access to the exisitng profile.
- Create an account - Assuming your company is not already listed, the next step is to create a new account.
- Complete your provider profile - Once registered, go to the My Profile page and navigate to the Add Provider Profile page. Complete all the required information and click save.
Once you submit a provider profile it will be reviewed by one of our editors prior to publishing. Editorial review can take up to 7 days.
There are several posible reasons for why a company profile is not listed in our directories.
- Editorial Review - Each company profile is reviewed by one of our editors prior to publishing. The reveiw can take up to 7 days.
- Profile Qualtiy and Completeness - Profiles must be at least 80% complete to be published. Also, the profile must contain acurate and high quality data on your company
To have your provider profile listed in a directory your profile must meet two criteria.
First, your provider profile must be evaluated by our editors and published. Review and publishing can take up to 7 days.
Second, your provider profile must indicate a level of relevant specialization to be listed in a specific directory. For example, to be listed in a directory on Java your provider profile must indicate a focus in web development or application development and Java. The minimum level of focus can range from 10% to 50% of your work in that area. In some cases, we also require relevant information in the key words section of your provider profile.
We are a member of the SourcingLine network. SourcingLine powers a network of partner sites that target different markets. Profiles are syndicated to partners based on a provider's services and focus areas. Providers can build one profile, collect feedback in one place, and get visibilty to buyers on multiple sites.

Providers can build feedback and references in two ways.
Feedback - The fastest way for a provider to build feeback is to call or eamil past clients and ask them to leave feedback on your provider profile.
References - Providers can submit references and we will contact them for their feeback and publish on Top Java Developers.com. Log in and go to My Provider Profile-> My references to submit. Review our support services for a program that best meets you needs.
Top Java Developers.com seeks to verify all feedback. The verification process includes some or all of the following steps:

We periodically verify feedback. If there is unverified feedback you would like verified, please contact us with the project name and feedback date.
Providers can get project leads in two ways.
Directory leads - Submit a high quality company profile to our directory and get visibility to the thousands of buyers that visit Top Java Developers.com and our partners. Buyers can contact you directly to request more information or a project proposal.
Match leads - Top Java Developers.com matches buyers and providers though our Get Proposal service. To get project leads through this services you must be a high quality service provider and able to pass our verification process. Once verified you will be able to request leads that are aligned with your company's skills. Providers can set their own price via a bidding process. To submit a bid and to learn more, log in and go to My Leads-> My Lead Bids.
Qualified companies can start receiving leads in a matter of days. To get started complete the following steps:
Provider Profile - Register and submit a provider profile. Your profile should be 80% or more complete and we recommend adding projects to your portfolio.
References - Submit 2-3 references. We will contact your references and publish their feedback on your profile. A minimum of two positive references are required to receive leads. Go to My Provider Profile -> My References
Lead Bids - Providers can set their own price for leads. Leads are distributed to qualified providers with the highest bids. To submit bids go to My Leads -> My Lead Bids.
Feedback and references are critical to building a credible online profile. At Top Java Developers.com service providers can build feedback and references in two ways.
1. Service providers can ask clients to visit their profile page and leave feedback. We will then contact the client to verify the feedback and add any missing details.
2. Service providers can also submit references on Top Java Developers.com and we will contact them and summarize the feedback. Service providers can submit references by loging in and navigating to My Provider Profile -> My References.
Reference checks and feedback verification is typically accomplished via a phone interview. It may also include identity verification, internet/ public records search, and website or domain verification. Note, reference checks and verifying feedback is dependent on the responsiveness of the client.
When a service provider registers and posts a Provider Profile, we will check and publish up to two references or verify up to two feedbacks at no charge. To add additional references a service provider must subscribe to one of our support services.

If you receive negative feedback or a negative reference that you do not believe is justified, contact us and we will attempt to mediate a mutually agreeable outcome. Mediation typically involves independent client and service provider interviews, an assessment of key issues, and a resolution proposal. Top Java Developers.com retains the right to remove any feedback that appears factually incorrect or is not updated to reflect the outcome of the resolution process.
Top Java Developers.com only provides phone support to service providers that have selected one of our premium subscription services. Phone support is provided from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern.
