We define client size by their functional point (fp) of Requirement. (Function point is measurement technique of software. Like Any Textfield should only accept number then this is 1fp.). Clients whose requirement needs 5000 fp are medium and if needs 1000 fp are small client. Any typical email client could have 500 fp. We Charge of our service is also based on the ratio of fp and time duration as we think it is WinWin condition for both: client and us. We also provide free support of 6 month after the delivery of the system. In this duration we provide various service like troubleshooting, Helping to learn the System, Some minor enhancement etc... We also ensure that any two of our clients does not have same interest of business and we are taking care about that upto end of support of system. If such events happens then we are aknowledging the interested party and based on General rule (first come first served), we deny or holt the service to the client who are second in request.
